Fall Festival
CHAT’s Fall Festival is a colorful, family-friendly event celebrating the vibrant cultures and diversity of Houston’s Gulfton area. Free and open to all, the festival often features live music, cultural performances, a lively fashion show, and art activities. Guests can explore hands-on art projects, watch student performances, and enjoy delicious food—all while connecting with neighbors and local organizations.
Beyond the fun, the festival offers valuable community resources, including free health services. With exciting activities, community support, and a welcoming atmosphere, CHAT’s Fall Festival brings people together to celebrate culture, enjoy new experiences, and support one another.
Community Health Workers
Through our Community Health Workers Program, CHAT hires and trains local community members to support the health needs of people and families in the Gulfton area. These trusted workers provide health education in multiple languages, helping individuals and families understand their options and find the care they need.
Our Community Health Workers address key issues like managing chronic conditions, supporting mental health, and improving overall wellness. By connecting people to health care services and social resources, they empower families to live healthier, happier lives.
